It is a design that exemplifies an interesting blend of contemporary and traditional concepts. A serene environment has been created by strategically placing well-manicured green pockets. The client brief is very particular in providing a very loaded and quality approved clubhouse with a clear purpose to serve the residents the best any clubhouse could offer.<\/p>

A carved courtyard surrounded by characterful arcades leading to various amenities at several levels constitutes the club. Although the courtyard has a functional significance, the main purpose is the climate effect. Having a swimming pool in the courtyard with plantations like palm trees, ficus panda, curtain creepers and plumeria helps bringing the temperature down significantly in comparison to the outer spaces. The semi-open arcades act as an element in merging the indoor-outdoor spaces.<\/p>

The scintillating swimming pool with tropical styled decks serves as the heart of the courtyard.
