Since 2005, she has led landscape design projects, blending Indian traditions with sustainability. A visiting faculty at premier institutions like IITs and Jadavpur University, she mentors design programs nationwide. Under her leadership, Salient has won over 100 design awards, including international honors. Anuradha’s work bridges nature and culture, creating inclusive, diverse, and environmentally respectful spaces across varied scales and typologies.”
About the Firm
Salient - a multidisciplinary design studio operating from Kolkata, led by Vivek Singh Rathore, Design Principal, has a vision to evolve the new age value system in Indian design environment.
The studio was established in the year 2005. The team is supported by partner and Landscape Principal Anuradha Rathore, 8 associates and over a 80 + members consisting of architects, planners, environmentalists, artists, interior designers, graphic designers, landscape architects, engineers, carpenters and economists.
Design is "Discovery" and "Creation” is nothing but a modification of our relationships" drives the entire ethos of the organisation.
