Technical troubleshooting

Sign in and accounts

• Use Log in with Google or email and password. New users: Sign up (password at least 8 characters).
• Forgot password: Reset password. The email link is valid for about one hour.
• “Invalid email or password” usually means a typo, the wrong method (Google vs password), or an inactive account. Try Google if you originally signed up that way.
• Email address cannot be changed in the profile UI. Contact support@glitzmagazines.in to request an email change.

Upload limits

• Award entry: .zip, .rar, or .pdf — max 100 MB
• Project images: up to 15 MB each, cover + up to 12 gallery images
• Profile photo / studio logo: image — max 5 MB

Uploads go through a signed URL to cloud storage. A slow connection or VPN can cause timeouts — retry with a smaller file or another network.

Browser basics

• Use a current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
• Hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) after a payment or upload.
• Disable aggressive ad blockers on glitzmagazines.in if pages hang.
• Clear site cookies for this domain if login loops or sessions look stuck.

Premium magazine reader

If you have an active subscription but cannot open the PDF reader, check Subscription, then sign out and in. Confirm you are opening a premium issue from Magazines → Read. Free issues do not require a subscription.

Notifications

Email preferences (magazine updates, awards, payment reminders, ticket updates, marketing) live under Account → Profile.
