Himanshu Patel is a passionate architect whose roots in rural Gujarat deeply inform his vernacular practice. A 2006 graduate from M.S. University, he gained international exposure at Arif &Bintoak in the Emirates before returning to India as a CM Fellow in 2009. His work on Gujarat tourism and community development is widely recognized. Through lectures and workshops, he champions culturally and climatically responsive design. At the heart of his Ahmedabad-based practice lies a commitment to traditional materials and sustainable techniques.
