He began his architectural journey at the College of Engineering and Technology, OUAT, Bhubaneswar, graduating with a bachelor's degree in architecture in 2002. This formative education laid the groundwork for a practice that bridges the gap between heritage and innovation. As the Co-founder and Principal Architect of Rhythm Architects Pvt. Ltd., Srinibash has been instrumental in steering the firm’s philosophy of creating spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and environmentally responsive. His work spans a wide range—from contemporary urban projects to the sensitive restoration of cultural landmarks—reflecting his belief that architecture should both serve people and celebrate place.
