At the heart of this transformation is Vandana Raj, the Founder and Creative Head of Vama Projects. A seasoned museum designer and curator with over 30 years of experience, Raj is a leader who believes that space and story are inseparable. Currently pursuing a PhD in Museology, her approach to the Raiyoli project was rooted in "interpretive bridging" - the idea that a museum should act as a conversation between scientific data and public wonder. Under her leadership, the museum was envisioned not just as a collection of artifacts, but as an emotional and educational landscape. Raj’s expertise in communication and immersive media allowed her to guide the project from a conceptual proposal to a institutional landmark. Her work at Raiyoli stands as a testament to her belief that museums should be future-facing cultural spaces that inform, engage, and above all, inspire the next generation of explorers.
