Encompassing 4214 sq. ft., the home is a harmonious confluence of modern minimalism and traditional design values. Its grey and white Indonesian-inspired exterior exudes elegance, while the overall architectural language reflects a conscious effort to balance spatial constraints with the client’s lifestyle aspirations. The linear planning of the home addresses both the site's narrow width and the dense urban context surrounding it. Openings are carefully positioned to encourage natural ventilation and daylight, creating bright and airy interiors. The ground floor includes two well-appointed bedrooms, a study, a guest living area, and an open-plan kitchen that blends seamlessly with the living and dining zones. The master bedroom features a luxurious attached bath with a jacuzzi, embodying relaxation and comfort.
