Estate Eco Symphony

The landscape design of Estate Eco Symphony is a poetic interpretation of music, where curves merge with straight lines to form symbolic notes, creating a rhythmic harmony between architecture and nature. Inspired by the serene beauty of Shanti Hills in the north and the lakes and open grounds to the south, the project’s design integrates these natural elements into a seamless composition. The site, located along NH20, has been planned to enhance open spaces, with vehicular movement restricted to the periphery and parking shifted to the basement. This ensures a pedestrian-friendly environment that encourages interaction with nature.
The master plan of Estate Eco Symphony is a carefully orchestrated balance of natural and built elements, creating an immersive sensory experience. Horizontal lines in the landscape echo the grandeur of mountains and the cascading motion of waterfalls, reinforcing the project’s theme of harmonizing with nature’s sounds. The site, spanning two acres, is designed to maximize green spaces, dividing them into two distinct yet interconnected areas. The existing ramp structure has been skillfully integrated into the landscape plaza, enhancing accessibility and visual continuity. A variety of outdoor amenities cater to different age groups, including a swimming pool, children's play area, senior citizen zone, jogging track, and cozy adda zones. These lushly planted spaces cultivate a holistic environment, truly embodying the project’s ethos of an eco-symphony.
An open-air theatre has been strategically placed at the rear of the site, utilizing the natural slope to create a multifunctional gathering space. To minimize the need for extensive land filling, the theatre’s seating area incorporates green cutouts and planters, fostering a harmonious relationship between hardscape and softscape. A central recharge pit enhances sustainability by facilitating natural water percolation.
A defining feature of the project is the water cascade, a symbolic and functional element that elevates the site’s landscape design. Representing the rolling hills of Ranchi and the natural waterfalls common to Jharkhand, the cascading water visually and aurally embodies the essence of Eco Symphony. Flowing into a water body below, it enhances the surrounding atmosphere, creating a tranquil, nature-inspired retreat. The cascade also enlivens the previously blank façade of the ramp, transforming it into a vibrant space for social interaction and aesthetic appreciation.
The project also prioritizes green infrastructure at multiple levels. The terrace gardens significantly contribute to sustainability, with an impressive 86% green coverage (1,285 sq.m. of the 1,479 sq.m. terrace area). This ensures thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and biodiversity enrichment. Thoughtfully designed with lawns, planters, and green energy services, the terrace exemplifies the project’s commitment to maximizing greenery and promoting an eco-conscious lifestyle.
