HARVEST Where Agriculture Meets Interiors Harvest, a 5,000 sq. ft. office designed under the leadership of Ar. Minal Khabale, draws inspiration from the client’s roots in sugarcane cultivation and international sugar trade. The design translates agriculture into a contemporary workplace. Moving beyond conventional office planning of repetitive workstations, enclosed cabins and standard meeting rooms, the space is conceived as a fluid organic landscape. The growth, rhythm, movement and layering of sugarcane fields become the foundation of the design language. Curved workstations, flowing ceilings, sculptural columns and layered partitions create continuity, allowing architecture, furniture and interiors to merge into a spatial experience. MATERIAL LANGUAGE A refined palette of marble, natural wood, Corian, glass and greens balances luxury with an organic character. Warm wood and beige tones introduce hospitality, while green creates a connection with agriculture. The restrained palette lets form remain the primary expression. THE OFFICE AS A BRAND EXPERIENCE With the office welcoming international clients, the interior functions as an extension of the company’s identity. The spatial journey communicates: AGRICULTURE → SUGARCANE → PROCESS → GLOBAL TRADE → PREMIUM BRAND Reception, meeting and visitor areas become spaces where the company’s story is expressed through form, material and atmosphere. KEY DESIGN PRINCIPLES Organic over conventional: Curves and flowing geometries replace rigid planning. Workplace as landscape: Workstations form interconnected organic clusters rather than repetitive rows. Sculpture meets function: Columns, ceilings, partitions and furniture become architectural elements. Hospitality within the workplace: Visitor spaces create an experience suited to an international business environment. DIRECTOR ROOM — QUIET AUTHORITY The Director Room is conceived for the high-stakes visitor—CEOs, industrialists and leaders—for whom the environment communicates before a conversation begins. Here, the language shifts from organic movement to order, permanence and authority. Deep textures, rich material contrasts, statement lighting and proportions create an atmosphere of quiet confidence. Together, these languages connect the business origins with the stature of its global enterprise. It creates an identity rooted in agriculture.
