House with Brick N Arch

Designed by UA Lab, House with Brick N Arch explores climate-responsive architecture and calmness. Located in Ahmedabad’s Sepal Elegant 5 development, the project combines an apartment block with a minimalist residence shaped by light and movement. The building’s identity comes from its interlaced balcony system. Staggered balconies create a rhythmic façade, reduce visual mass and provide shaded spaces suited to Ahmedabad’s climate. Three-sided exposure ensures daylight, cross ventilation and views.
