Nestled in the serene locale of Khanpur, Vadodara, The Classic Dwelling is a residence that elegantly fuses classic architectural elements with contemporary luxury. Spanning three thoughtfully designed floors, the home exudes sophistication through its neutral palette of whites and beiges, complemented by the rich Clara Italian marble flooring that flows seamlessly throughout, establishing a serene and refined ambiance.
The south-east entrance sets the tone for grandeur with a pristine white door, intricate mouldings, and a circular brass handle. The porch, adorned with Tuscan Brown and brass inlay, leads to a picturesque garden with a gazebo supported by delicately engraved columns. The foyer welcomes visitors with sculptural artwork by Ashish Das, while the storage units and arch motifs continue the classical narrative, harmonizing with marble flooring and brass inlays.
The double-height living area is the heart of the home, visually connected to the garden to merge indoor warmth with outdoor serenity. A grand circular chandelier, soft drapes, and strategically placed greenery elevate the spatial drama. A dynamic metal screen featuring brass-coated rotating modules separates the living area from the dining space, combining functionality with artistry.
