Project Narrative
Spanning five uniquely themed floors, the headquarters is structured to reflect departmental identities while maintaining a cohesive visual language. Each level is carefully curated to support workflow efficiency, brand storytelling, and vaastu principles. Dramatic elevator lobbies with concrete feature walls and metal-stone bead motifs establish a refined aesthetic from the outset.
The ground floor acts as a prelude to luxury. Structural limitations that restricted permanent walls were transformed into creative opportunities. Marble-look flooring, a fluted stone reception desk with an integrated planter, golden jaalli detailing, and gem-inspired lighting collectively evoke the brilliance of fine jewellery. Suspended tinted glass bricks framed in gold offer privacy while capturing light like faceted diamonds. Biophilic elements soften the concrete ceilings, creating a welcoming yet sophisticated environment.
The first floor, dedicated to the Gold Division, celebrates the brand’s core identity through warm orange, rust, and metallic tones. A bold fluted panel displaying “The House of Gold” anchors the space beneath a back-lit ceiling. Bespoke merchandise displays and embroidered furnishings reinforce cultural richness while supporting modern functionality.
On the second floor, the Diamond Zone introduces a cooler palette of greys and blues. Abstract veneered ceilings, curved seating, mosaic flooring, and steel mesh partitions create a refined, contemporary atmosphere. Breakout areas incorporate plants and natural light, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to sustainable innovation.
The third floor, conceived as a Startup Hub, energises younger teams through playful forms, vibrant colours, and graphic flooring. A striking 30-foot rattan ceiling unifies the space, while huddle rooms and collaborative zones encourage creativity and agility.
The Executive Pavilion on the fourth floor epitomises understated luxury. Fluted glass, metallic accents, mother-of-pearl finishes, and layered lighting define MD cabins, a VIP lounge, and a sophisticated boardroom equipped with cutting-edge technology.
Sustainability remains central throughout. VOC-free paints, water-efficient fixtures, green-rated materials, and strategic daylighting reduce environmental impact. Completed within a challenging six-month timeline, this headquarters stands as a benchmark in corporate design—where legacy meets modernity, and luxury aligns with responsibility.
