More importantly, louvers and recessed elements act as a responsive skin- filtering light, ensuring privacy, and enabling natural ventilation within a dense urban fabric. The planning revolves around a carefully choreographed spatial sequence. The primary living level integrates the kitchen, dining, family areas, and master suite into a cohesive environment anchored by a double-height dining space. This vertical volume becomes the heart of the home, visually connecting levels while enhancing openness. Upper floors accommodate private bedroom suites, ensuring a clear gradient from social to intimate spaces. At the top, the terrace transforms into a vibrant social hub, complete with a lounge, bar, pantry, and outdoor seating. Inside, the design embraces a muted grey palette, where fluted textures, layered surfaces, and curated artworks introduce subtle richness. The emphasis remains on precision and proportion rather than ostentation. Even the terrace extends this narrative, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior living.
